The Shed started with a simple idea: what if a space could be both a morning refuge and an evening gathering place — without compromising on quality at either?
Located on S La Pointe St in Boise, we've built a room where the coffee is pulled with the same care as the cocktails, where the baristas and bartenders know your name, and where the lighting is always just right.
Every drink on our menu is made in-house. Every ingredient is chosen deliberately. We're not the fastest place in town — we're the place where the drink is worth the wait.
